indirect loan processor (Former Employee) says"The culture is subdued. No one talks to eachother. You spend all day plugging in info into the computer system with little interaction with anyone. The reports they use for the metrics is wrong so I would keep track of everything because they will write you up quick. My numbers fell because of a death in my family that was excused but I was supposed to keep my numbers up regardless. Nothing was prorated. I missed a week so they expected double the following week and was written up for not meeting that. Cons: Management"
